PugPixel Dealer Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Who This Is For

The PugPixel Dealer Program (“the Program”) is open to registered repair businesses, technicians, and resellers operating in Canada. By applying, you confirm that you’re purchasing parts for professional repair or resale purposes — not personal use.

2. Approval & Access

• Dealer accounts are approved at PugPixel’s sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.
• Once approved, your account will be tagged with your dealer tier (Pixel Pup, Pug Pro, or Alpha Pixel), and wholesale pricing will be visible upon login.
• Sharing your login credentials or dealer pricing with non-approved parties is not permitted and may result in account termination.

3. Pricing & Tiers

• Dealer pricing represents our most upfront and transparent pricing available. It is already our best offered rate and is not intended to be combined with any other promotions, discount codes, or offers.
• Dealer pricing is exclusive to approved accounts and visible only when logged in.
• Prices are shown alongside retail pricing so you always know your savings.
• Tier assignments are based on purchase volume and are reviewed periodically. PugPixel may upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your tier at any time.
• Dealer pricing cannot be combined with public or private discount codes, promotional offers, referral credits, or any other discount mechanism unless explicitly authorized in writing by PugPixel.
• If you believe you have encountered a pricing error that has resulted in a double discount or unintended combination of offers, please notify us immediately at hello@pugpixel.ca. We appreciate your honesty.

4. Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation

PugPixel strives to ensure all pricing displayed is accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error — including but not limited to system errors, double discounts, or unintended promotional stacking — the following applies:

• Any order placed as a result of a pricing error is subject to cancellation at PugPixel’s sole discretion, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
• In the event of a cancellation due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
• PugPixel will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly if your order is affected.
• We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from a pricing error or subsequent order cancellation.

5. Orders & Minimums

• There are no minimum order requirements at the Pixel Pup tier.
• Pug Pro and Alpha Pixel tiers may have minimum order values — these will be communicated at the time of tier assignment.
• All orders are subject to product availability. We’ll notify you promptly if an item is out of stock.

6. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of order unless net terms have been explicitly arranged with PugPixel.
• We accept all major credit cards and Shopify-supported payment methods.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes.

7. Shipping & Returns

• Dealer orders ship under the same policies as retail orders unless otherwise agreed.
• Defective parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
• We do not accept returns on parts that have been installed or damaged after receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the dealer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective by PugPixel.

8. Confidentiality

Your dealer pricing is confidential. You agree not to publicly advertise, post, or share your dealer prices in any format (online listings, social media, etc.) in a way that undermines PugPixel’s retail pricing.

9. Program Changes & Termination

• PugPixel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Dealer Program — including these terms — at any time and without prior notice, to align with our evolving business needs. Continued use of your dealer account following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or permanently removed from the Program.
• You may opt out of the Program at any time by contacting us at hello@pugpixel.ca.

10. Limitation of Liability

PugPixel’s liability is limited to the value of the parts purchased. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from part failure, including labour costs or device damage.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
